At Melissa's Bread and Bounty, LLC, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in most cases. However, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their experience.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
1. Fresh baked goods (bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, etc.)
2. Custom or special orders
3. Perishable items that have already been delivered or picked up
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may offer:
1. A replacement item
2. Store credit
3. A partial or full refund, at our discretion.
Please include photos of the damaged product and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as baking has not begun. To cancel, please contact us by phone (941) 876-8013 or by email breadandbounty@icloud.com as soon as possible.
Pick-Up and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
Products left uncollected after the scheduled pickup time.
Incorrect Delivery information provided at checkout.
Delays due to weather or carrier issues (though we'll do our best to assist)
